Getting the family together...

At the beginning of June we got as much of my family together as is possible for the next year or so (my little sis is still on her mission) when my brother and his little family came to town.
My brother loves being an uncle and spends much of his time visiting showing the kids what a cool uncle they have. We'll all be in chatting and somehow Richie always disappears and sure enough you'll find him out wrestling with all the kids. Zack is convinced Richie is one of the coolest people on this planet. :)
We only had a tiny bit of time with Richie and Kira before they took off on their anniversary vacation but he managed to plan a fun day of swimming and sprinklers with the kids. They all LOVED it!Well, except for Ben...the water was pretty cold and he had just woken up from a nap, he wasn't very happy about it.
After our day of fun we all settled in the family room to chat and get the kids ready for bed. The kids started getting a little crazy and we convinced Richie to tell them a story. Zack has tried to tell that story over and over again but all he remembers is the noise the rocket ship made as it took off....My brother knows exactly what little boys get a kick out of!
Since we had all the grandkids together we decided to take somegrand kid pics as a gift to my dad for Father's Day. After all, he does regularly tell us that he likes being a grandpa more than a dad since all he has to do with the grand kids is play. I figured we may as well celebrate Father's Day with his true pride and joy, hehe :)Sorry, I went a little overboard on the pics for this post. I had even more I was going to share but I guess I need to stop somewhere! I take way too many pictures, I have no idea what I'll ever do with all of them!

Such adorable pics. Your boys are so cute! I loved Ben crying the water - Claire hated water for the longest time, and now she's a tadpole. Miss you. Hope you're doing well.
